Notebook- tabs loose focus

Hi all,

I've got the problem that after i removed a page in a notebook i've to klick one time before i can change the tabs with a mouse click. But every tab got an eventbox and use gtk_notebook_get_current_page() and now get the wrong tab-number cause the tab didn't change with te first klick. Any ideas to get rid of the first klick?
