Hullo everybody, first post here!
I'm no proper coder, but I'm following the Gaim/Pidgin and I wonder if any of you guys can help me there....

The facts: latest Pidgin builds can now save custom smileys people send you, yet still cannot send them.
Some months ago, a guy posted some patches on the Pidgin TRAC to allow sending custom smileys....now the poject's stuck to the 8th August build.
With some adjustments, the patches apply fine to latest builds, yet the sending won't work: buddies can see the name of the smiley you send, not the image.
Details on the matter are on THIS TRAC PAGE

Latest builds it works on are the ones in branch im.pidgin.cpw.khc.msnp14 dated 8th of August. Details are on the above TRAC page.

Can someone please help me getting it to work correctly with the latest MSNP14 builds? I simply can't understand what's missing in the thing....

Your better off asking on one of the pidgin support mailing lists.
