Just for fun, I made a small program in GTK+ and duplicated it in Qt, and am running them both under XFCE (so no Qt-bias like in KDE theoretically) on Gentoo. Here is the result:



The top image is GTK+, and the bottom is Qt. The result in Qt is a lot more readable, as the font is slightly more bold and much more smooth. They are both using the same default font, verified to be Bitsteam Vera Sans on both. Is there any way to get Pango to anti-alias like Qt does, and if so, how? Thanks!
