As a SciTE-user I found the thing lacking from this great editor to be some project management features. After some searching I came across the great ScitePM by Roy Wood, which is a program that externally adds project handling to SciTE in a nice way. This project is unfortunately abandoned, so this is where my project come in - SciteProj which is a continuation of ScitePM.
SciteProj makes it possible to manage a project, and save it in XML format. Please try it out:

It is a C project which requires GTK+ development packages and uses CMake for building. (And SciTE is also required to get anything useful done with it, obviously).
