 Post subject: Application for Drawing an Image in Drawing Area

Hi,

Can anyone please tell, how to create a drawing area and then to draw an image over it using GTK/GDK API's.

Well there are a couple of ways you can do this.

Download the gtk+ source from here http://www.gtk.org/download/
and in they example folder you can look at "scribble-simple, pixmap, wheelbarrow"
and then theres the demos folder you can look at the "pixbuf-demo" and then in the /demos/gtk-demo/ folder there is gtk-demo click that file and look at the images demo.
