Is it possible to make so a handlebox is able to "snap on" to the position where another handlebox was? Since my program is all about the display of different statuses, it would be nice if the user can adjust their 'dashboard' by simply dragging things about, and not going to the preferences.

No, handle boxes are pretty limited. For that kind of "docking" feature, you're going to have to use GdlDock which is part of libgdl.

I've used it with C and Python and it works pretty well.
