Is there a way to create custom fills to be used with the gtk.gdk.GC.set_fill() method.
I have circles that I draw in a GTK drawing area using arcs of size 2 pi. I want to fill them with a color so that the center of the circle has the darkest value and as I progress away from the center of the circle the pixel's color value gets lighter.

I could do this by not drawing arcs and just create the circles a pixel at a time with gtk.gdk.drawable.draw_point(), but I think creating a custom fill would be more eloquent.
