The C documentation for cairo_pattern_create_mesh () refers you to ISO32000. There, patches are described as being created with an 'edge flag' that provides information on how a new patch should be joined to an existing patch. I see no such concept in the Cairo API.

The ISO32000 documentation is difficult to understand. Has anyone seen any useful tutorial on what can be done with mesh patches, and how to use them.

I have conducted quite a few experiments, but frankly I don't understand the results - I need some clues!
