Hopefully a quick question.

When a user clicks one of the GtkStackSwitcher buttons what event is signalled to say this has happened?

Looking at the documentation no real obvious events are available.

Since it inherits from GtkWidget I thought a button_press_event would suffice but this doesnt appear to be fired.

Maybe there is an event on the GtkStack itself I can capture - show or hide events are not fired either.

Any thoughts?

Using Python3 - Gtk3.10 on Ubuntu 14.04

love finding my own answers

Code:
stack.connect('notify::visible-child-name', function_callback)

basically the stack property itself is the key - the name of the visible child changes.

If there is a better way I would love to here it.
