Hi guys!

I install Eclipse based STS on Fedora 15 and it's tabs size are big, I mean tab's height shouldn't be more than the text in it.
Which CSS parameters can help me?

I'm not too sure why you think the height shouldn't be more than the text.

Try border, margin and padding all of which can be modified further with "-top" etc.
There's also the tab fill and expand properties of the notebook that may be of use if you're doing anything strange:

I have 13" monitor and I don't my screen to be wasted. It's not strange. I want more space. Although second thought tabs size can be bigger than the text but not more than %25 of the size.

I just posted an example of styling a GtkNotebook with Gtk3 and CSS. It's in the forum Section: "Gtk+ Tutorials & Resources"
