 Post subject: Check box selection on GTK treeview colum

Dear all,

I am a new-bee for GTK, I am developing an gui front end for my project I have 3 columns and one column has selection checkbox used to select one of 3 check box. Presently all are manually eigther selected or de-selected.. I am unbale to make them mutually exclussive.

Can any one of you help me.. give me some example code.

Hi, maybe this kind of posts must stay in "GTK+ Programming and Discussion" forum.

Anyway...

If I understood your need correctly, I think you should use radio buttons instead of check boxes.
Radio buttons of the same group are mutually exclusive.
Code could be something like this (I didn't test it):

Thanks a lot for your reply, even I was thinking so but I could not get any clue on how to add radio button widget to the column cells.
My code is like this and for this how I can add radio button. I mean how can I add a radio button widget to the selected column.
Please guide me to resolve this.
