I made a gtk+ widget using glade. (Designed the structure)...
So,

1. I don't know gtk+ programming
2. I don't know how to link code.. how do I do it?

My project is just a sudoku solver. The app I made has 9-by-9 (81 text entry widgets in it) and a submit, clear all buttons.

When ever I enter numbers in all "text entry's" and click submit button, it has to show solution.
when ever I click "clear all", it should clear all input..

I made a console program but I want to have a gui for it..

help me!

No. You will need to learn some gtk if only as gluecode in between your code and the glade widget window.
Gtk has bindings for many languages so most likely you can use whatever you programmed the solver in. The gtk specific stuff is then very minimal and should come naturally in the bound language. check out the documentation on the gtk website for how it interface with glade and how to connect signals.

The tutorials at http://zetcode.com/tutorials/gtktutorial/ are pretty good.
It's kind of old though and uses Gtk2. There's some depredicated code, but it's still a good source.
Gtk+-3.2.3 was just released 19-Dec-2011 which is the fourth release of the gtk3 series. I'd move to gtk3 asap. Gtk2 and Gtk3 can be installed together.
Starting with version 3 GTK uses CSS for styling. I posted some examples in the tutorials section.
