If I have TreeModel A with 10,000 items and B which is subset of A with 10 items. Which one is recommended, using TreeModelFilter or just copy the content?

Hi.

The preferred way of doing things here depends on how complex your data is. For simple data (like strings and numbers), making a copy will probably be faster and easier to implement. As soon as you put any complex data inside your store, copying might not be as simple as before, so filtering would probably be the way to go.

Cheers,
Tadej
