Hi everyone!! I am developing an multithread application GTK+.

Which one are more suitable, the linux threads or the GTK threads??

Hi,

Glib threads are a wrapper to pthreads, so technically there are no differences on Linux. Since you are using GTK+ it may help to use Glib as this will make your application more portable between different OS's.

Note remember to only call GTK/GDK from a single thread.

ok thank you very much. I will use linux threads, since the application is aimed to run on linux, only in linux.
