how to make button transparent and unclickable ???

It is called sensitivity in GTK. You can make a widget insensitive by using:

gtk_widget_set_sensitive ()

You can set the opacity of the whole window.

There is no easy way to do transparency for a single widget & will most likely involve ugly hacks.

Gtk+ 3.0 is suppose to solve this problem.

I dont need border around button.
how to set border width zero in the button?

The "border" is actually a result of the 3Dish "relief":
Code:
gtk_button_set_relief(GTK_BUTTON(mybutton),GTK_RELIEF_NONE);
